Francesca, di casa a Milano da 14 anni, con il cuore a Bergamo e origini austriache.
E’ laureata in Economia Aziendale con specializzazione in Gestione dell’Innovazione e della Tecnologia.
Durante l’università ha iniziato a lavorare per una società di concierge, Quintessentially, come Sales Person.
Si immerge nel mondo del digital lavorando per due anni nella concessionaria pubblicitaria del gruppo Triboo come Account Manager.
Ha lavorato per 7 anni in Schibsted (Subito.it e Infojobs), ha iniziato occupandosi di flussi e processi sales per poi guidare la strategia e pianificazione delle vendite per tutti i brand del gruppo.
Si è unita quest’anno a febbraio al team di Wonderful Italy.

Il settore dell'extra-alberghiero è l'attrattore principale per attrarre flussi turistici in destinazioni con ampio potenziale di crescita.
Proprietari di seconde case e gli stessi locals sono protagonisti attivi di questo sviluppo.
Wonderful Italy, start up fondata da Oltre Venture, fondo di Impact Investment, promuove questo approccio sviluppando destinazioni turistiche non convenzionali e supportando tutti gli stakeholder locali della filiera turistica per creare valore al territorio e alla sua comunità.
Durante l'intervento verrà presentata la survey di Youtrend con Wonderful Italy sull identikit dei nuovi viaggiatori durante il covid e verrà illustrato il modello di Wonderful Italy per lo sviluppo di territori partendo dall’extra-alberghiero.
